Lethal. Liver, gonads, skin and flesh carry tetrodotoxin, which cooking, frying, freezing and brining do NOT destroy, and there is no antidote. Catching, selling and eating it is banned in Türkiye. It also bites hard with a parrot-like beak and has caused finger amputations. If in doubt, do not eat it.
